I worked with Attronica, a family-owned IT firm preparing for sale, to provide crucial financial planning and analysis. My role involved organizing financial records, modeling forecasts, and delivering a comprehensive valuation to support the CEO's objectives and attract potential buyers.
I produced a single workbook that merged five years of audited statements into formula-driven income, balance sheet, cash flow, equity rollforward, and ratio tabs, plus 15 audit checks and written documentation of reporting conventions and data sources.
