The externship converted six raw CSV data sources into an analytics database and produced a Q4 dashboard. The work mapped data schemas, identified cleanliness and consistency issues, and defined the tables and relationships needed for reporting. Deliverables included the transformed database schema and a functioning Q4 dashboard.

What I've accomplished
I produced a tabular roster of fulfillment-center roles that documented responsibilities, common tools, and close collaborators, creating a structured workforce map used in subsequent turnover analysis.
Project breakdown
During the externship I compiled a workforce map for an Amazon Fulfillment Center. I listed roles (e.g., Learning Ambassador, Picker, Packer), their main responsibilities, who they worked with, common tools, and notes about why each role mattered.

AccessThe project loaded 141 Glassdoor reviews, identified and removed seven noninformative columns, cleaned column names and duplicates, and exported a final CSV with review_pros, review_cons, and transcript fields ready for analysis.
