I'm a first-generation graduate turned MBA candidate at Texas Southern University's Jesse H. Jones School of Business. My path has run through nonprofit program strategy, athletics administration, family operations coordination, and social media strategy — each role sharpening the same instinct: take what's unstructured and build a system around it. Rooted in my Haitian heritage and driven by a first-gen mindset, I'm now looking for the next room to bring that instinct into — strategy, operations, or management.
