Deliverables included a structured workforce spreadsheet enumerating roles like Stower, Picker, Packer, and Learning Ambassador, with responsibilities, close collaborators, and tools used.

What I've accomplished

I produced a structured workforce spreadsheet that documented key fulfillment-center roles, their main responsibilities, who they collaborate with, the tools they use, and explanatory notes for each role.

Project breakdown

The project mapped key FC roles, listed main responsibilities, showed who each role worked closely with, noted tools used, and explained why each role mattered. The deliverable produced a structured workforce spreadsheet summarizing Stower, Picker, Packer, Learning Ambassador and others.
