Overview

The work mapped front-line roles and responsibilities at an Amazon fulfillment center and documented the relationships between those roles. It explained how Learning Ambassadors supported onboarding and reduced errors, and produced a shared spreadsheet of role definitions and relationships.

What I've accomplished

I produced a shared spreadsheet that defined fulfillment-center roles, listed responsibilities and inter-role relationships, and described how Learning Ambassadors supported onboarding and error reduction.

Project breakdown

I mapped FC roles and responsibilities into a shared spreadsheet, listed who each role worked with, common tools, and why each role mattered. I clarified behind-the-scenes positions, noted confusing role boundaries, and produced a reference table showing how Learning Ambassadors connected teams.
