The project researched and structured a startup sourcing funnel tailored to a municipal water utility. Work focused on defining sourcing stages, compiling a glossary of domain terms, and producing initial screening criteria for environmental-tech solutions. Deliverables documented the funnel and core terminology used in evaluations.
I selected the predictive water-main-break detection lane and drafted an opening slide that stated the lane and the rationale guiding my sourcing and evaluation work.
