Overview
The externship analyzed workforce retention and onboarding in Amazon fulfillment centers. The work combined web-scraped employee reviews with persona development and operational analysis to identify patterns in early-tenure turnover. Deliverables included scraped datasets, analytic summaries, and persona-driven recommendations.
What I've accomplished
I produced a structured, role-level dataset that documented each fulfillment-center role, its responsibilities, key collaborators, common tools and systems, and the operational handoffs between roles.
